Wrong 1-2 readings at matins of the Sunday in the Octave of Christmas #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The readings should be those from the proper of the season, 29 December, namely 
Romans 2:1-4 and Romans 2:5-8,9-13. Instead Isaiah 9:1-6 and Isaiah 
40:1-8;52:1-6 appear.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a bit complicated and I suspect it will require special logic. 
According to the rubrics of the Sunday in the Octave of Christmas, the readings 
from Isaiah, which are proper to that Sunday, are only to be used when the 
Sunday falls on 26-28 December. If it falls on 29-31 December, as it does in 
2012, then the occurring Scripture (from Romans) is to be used.
