Invitatory psalm for Epiphany #218

The change made by r1850 to the English translation of the invitatory psalm 
should not have been applied to 
web/www/horas/English/Psalterium/Invitatorium1.txt, because this is used on the 
feast of the Epiphany, where the words added to the English translation do not 
appear in the Latin (1961 ed. typica).

The attached file reverses the change to the translation of Ps 94:4, while 
leaving the other fix to this file unaffected.
