Describe what should happen
1. I propose to create files for dedication of a church in paschal time.
2. The files should be named C8p.txt

Mention what happens now
1. Now there is no provision for dedication of the church in paschal time.

I think that the rubric is important.

I'll be happy to take care of creating the files for Latin, Italian, and 
English. I can probably figure out also the Hungarian.

This should be possible without creating new files. I believe the Paschaltide 
differences are minor. The word 'alleluia' in parentheses will appear only in 
Paschaltide, and for more complicated things, conditionals can be used: see, 
e.g., [Hymnus Quad5 Vespera] in "Psalterium/Major Special.txt".

There are also differences in the responsories for the minor hours. I have been 
fixing those in many files of the Common.
