Typo in an oratio for 11-02 #250

The prayer in the [Oratio mortuorum2] section of 
web/www/horas/Latin/Sancti/11-02.txt has a non-printing character in place of 
the oe ligature that should be in "poenas". The character is U+009C, STRING 
TERMINATOR, which in some encoding corresponds to the oe ligature, but not in 
Unicode (and the file was converted to Unicode by r2594). In the attached 
tarball, the file now uses U+0153, which is the proper codepoint for an oe 
ligature.
