Lowercase letters in "gloria" and "pater noster" tabs #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in Matutinum and Prima, look at the gloria popup link in the little response 
or the pater noster in the V/R's

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect "Pater noster" and "Gloria" with the initial in red: it's red but 
lowercase.

I introduced the idea that all languages including Latin are "translated".  
This moves towards a more generic multi-language solution and also allows the 
labels to be looked up ina  table, which introduces correct spelling, 
capitalization, and accentuation into the Latin text as well as the other 
languages.
