Typos in English for offices of doctors #56

In reviewing recent changes to the feasts of doctors (r128), I noted a few 
typos that were not corrected (though correcting typos was not the object of 
those changes).

trunk/web/www/horas/English/Sancti/05-02.txt
 - In the Oratio, "in crease" should be one word.

trunk/web/www/horas/English/Sancti/08-20.txt
 - In first line of the Oratio, "people" should be "people's". Alternatively, the first line could be translated more literally thus:
    O God, who didst give thy people blessed Bernard for a minister of~

 - In the second line, "that that" should be "that".
 - These should also be corrected in the corresponding Magyar file, which is currently English.
