Extend the "@" notation (or otherwise) to reduce redundancy in database files #63

It might be helpful to introduce some sytax to allow sections to be pulled from
one file into another subject to a set of arbitrary substitutions. Currently,
for instance, collects requiring a saint's name have to be duplicated. This
would also allow the correct handling of the Vexilla Regis.

The "@" notation is actually somewhat more complicated than I first thought, as
it does more than simply extract one section from elsewhere: at commemorations
at the hours, it knows to pick the antiphon, versicle and collect. And indeed I
don't believe that the syntax it yet supported everywhere. I think it should be
possible with some care to extend it to behave as noted, however; although I
would be grateful for alternative suggestions.
