December 12 is not the BVM of Guadalupe in the universal calendar #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
12-12-2011 should be the ferial office in much of the world, but instead the 
office for the BVM of Guadalupe is returned.

Please provide any additional information below.
Unless and until there is a way to specify a local calendar, divinum officium 
should follow the universal calendar.

Removed the calendar entries and office files in r294. The latter can be 
restored from earlier revisions if we ever need them again.

For various reasons, we have decided to keep Our Lady of Guadalupe on December 
12. r306 undoes r294.
