First Vespers propers are incorrect for pre-1960 rubrics #83

Look at any first vespers, e.g. today 11-22-2011.   It is the first vespers of 
St Clement with commemoration of St Cecilia.  But the propers are (as for the 
1960 rubrics) all those of St Cecilia.
