Track down extra files #88

The following files are/were on the site but not in the repo.  Find out why, 
whther they're important, etc.

It seems that there are files in the repo whose filenames differ from these in 
capitalisation only ('Feria' and 'Newcal'). It would seem that 'Feria' is 
correct, but currently the code is inconsistent in its references to the Tr* 
files. It this case it would seem to better to homogenise the code, and then to 
delete the files above, assuming that their contents do not differ from their 
differently-capitalised counterparts.

Hah! On the Mac (which I use) and on Windows (which LK used) filename case is 
often equivocal.
