What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 6th psalm at matins should be psalm 86 (Fundamenta eius). Instead it is 
psalm 66 (Deus, misereatur nostri).

Please provide any additional information below.
The attached tarball corrects the psalm mentioned in all three languages and in 
Latin also corrects the punctuation of the antiphons to match the 1961 typical 
edition.
