Update Dockerfile #2

Need to update Dockerfile to build container with actual version of main.py.

Done and pushed to repo. Tested on Windows and Ubuntu (because of win docker security warning about building Docker image from Windows against a non-windows Docker host), build successful.

Dockerfile completed without compose. Build complete: OK.
