Sending a silent stream on latest Chrome #848

Chrome version: 123.0.6312.59 (Official Build) (arm64)

I'm using JSSIP inside of a content script of a Chrome Extension. This has worked well for a long time, but with this new Chrome version something has changed.

Even though the audio stream is fine, when measured in real time with something like hark, the receiver on the other side of the sip call receives silence.

Nevermind, this is instead an ISP firewall issue due to my location.
