Update deps libsdptransform version to 1.2.10 #152

I'd like to update catch version to 2.13.9. To resolve: https://github.com/versatica/libmediasoupclient/issues/145

There is already an ongoing PR doing this, please check it instead. I want to merge it next week assuming we are able to solve some issues detailed in that PR.

Hello @ibc , I was wondering if there is progrss on this and apprently I cannot build libmediasoupclient on the latest ubuntu.
