add --bbox-margin #12

If you only download the tiles in a bounding box, then the surrounding tiles in the frontend are missing. It would be better if you could specify a margin in addition to the bounding box, i.e. how many tiles to the left/right/top/bottom of the bounding box should also be extracted.
