Fixed QTY extension, No text and error.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.adding images to product

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Permission denied in /html/app/code/core/Mage/Index/Model/Process.php

Also text is not showing up next to the fixed qty options. It is blank. Options 
appear and when selected it is the proper qty but no text description.  

What version of Magento/extension are you using? magento connect 2.0

What about the text not displaying for the extension? This is a theme issue?

Fixed it. It was a theme css issue...The font was displaying in white #FFF, 
fixed it. Thank you.
