I updated /mageimage/ to M. 1.6.1. Also, I installed w2p and did a quick test 
of it. Works OK.

w2p extension works fine.

Also checked:
ZetaPrints_DistributionMap 0.1.9.0b (beta) - Test OK, except this already 
reported issue:

Order_approval  0.1.0.1 (stable) - More Work. Approval notification is 
displayed but I'm allowed to checkout regardless. Approval email was also not

Note. MagentoConect compatibility flags don't include sub-releases. Extensions 
are already flagged as M. 1.6 compatible, no option for 1.6.1 available.

Question:
Were there any changes regarding the payment methods? I have Money/Check order 
activated and yet I get no checkout option because there are no payment methods 
available. I can simply use $0 to checkout while testing but our demo store 
uses this "Checkorder" method to demonstrate how the real checkout goes. Will 
be a problem after we update /magento/ to 1.6.1.
