Added provider for B2 #3

Also updated README.md to correct lowercase in examples - caused:

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class 'S3Provider' not found in /mnt/c/Users/Damian McMillan/dev/b2size/test.php:10

When following the examples.
