HI !! ✌ When browsing the issue lists and reaching the end of the page we need to scroll back up to the navigation to click on the next listing. Putting the navigation on the bottom of the page would eliminate the need to scroll up to the navigation and make the experience flow more naturally.

You should change the order of header elements. Like this:

• Title || Sort buttons || Search Input || Dropdown Language || Chosen Language || Dark/Light Mode

Or break the info to go outside of header:

1. Title || Dropdown Language || Chosen Language || Dark/Light Mode
2. Sort Buttons || Search Input || Filters

In mobile, you could use hamburger menu to group those info.

I think we can make the Navbar more visually appealing and can also change the background image of single card which has the information of the repos. If you assign me the above UI changes i can happily contribute to it. Please assign it or i could also make the pull request then you decide whether to merge it or not

On smaller screen size (mobile device), website logo disappear, and the header UI can be improved by using sidebar and introducing search button to show/hide search bar and further improve search bar ui.
