Add codeplex license crawler; Rename BSD-x to BSD-x-Clause; #29

Hi,

i added custom licenseCrawler for codeplex site and renamed bsd-x ids to match exact spdx id;

It also includes refactored GithubLicenseCrawler, which uses crawls github urls in versionlink, which has no licenses attached.
