Remove unnecessary build scripts #25

There seem to be a number of NAnt build scripts hanging around that we no longer use since the build.sh is working. Let's not keep dead code.

Correct. And I confirm they are unused in Jenkins.

Assuming this still builds, can we have another pull request to "git rm" the files themselves?
