Support Ultimate edition

As an enterprise developer, I want to use VS Client inside Visual Studio Ultimate so that I can use Microsoft's latest and greatest.

Although the manifest has historically included Ultimate, we did not have sufficient testing to support the Ultimate Edition. We have the option to add it back to user docs when we can test it.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] We can spin up the test environment with VS Ultimate Edition.
• [x] Installs into Ultimate Edition
• [x] Does it still do the things we expect it to do? (based on Issue #64 ).
• [x] System requirements in user docs indicate testing of Ultimate Edition.

We completed the main thread of work for Ultimate Edition with last iteration but kept this issue open to make sure we did the automation work to spin up new environments. We still need this for TFS Integration so I've created the above issue for that. Let's move the discussion and tracking of that remaining work over to that project.
