Test with known state #52

As a tester or support engineer, I want to be able to navigate through known sample data so that I can perform manual tests quickly and without confusion.

We need a way to be able to restore instances to a known state that has appropriate sample data for manual and automated testing.

We have since documented more about the happy path but we did not turn it into a test suite. As such, it doesn't seem practical to do this any more so I'm closing as "wontfix".
