Task window throws error on first run

Installing the plugin in the vm (ec2-54-237-9-182.compute-1.amazonaws.com) following the installation steps in Mission 1, makes the task window throw an error:

After configuring the options and running the task windows, an error appears. The error disappears after restarting VS.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When VS Client has no previously selected Scope, default to Scope:0.

Note:

• The problem appears to be code that checks for null but the default settings appear to pre-populate the scope with "NULL" (a string).

Steps to Reproduce Locally

• Manually delete C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Roaming\VersionOne.VSPackage\settings.xml -- this contains the plain-text (ugh) username and password, plus V1 instance info that the client uses.
  • You can use this command to delete it: del C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\VersionOne.VSPackage\settings.xml
• Install the extension via the VSIX package as normal
• Open Visual Studio
• Configure the plugin with Application URL, plus username and password
• Invoke the VersionOne Tasks window
• Result: Raises "Invalid Query OID" popup.
• If you close studio, then restart, it then works.

Known Workarounds

• If you invoke the VersionOne Projects window instead of the VersionOne Tasks window first, it appears to gain the proper context, and does not fail.
