Remove "CaseConnect" folder from project files #19

Since the name "CaseConnect" will be deprecated, there is no need for the extra folder named "CaseConnect" in the project folder hierarchy. The "src" folder should be at the same level as the "doc" folder.

Please use "git mv" or a tool that is git-aware. Else we can pair on it.
