We are integrating Salesforce with VersionOne and have installed the CaseConnect app. When we assign a VersionOne Defect (ex: D-02951) and publish the status, the VersionOne Defect ID field is getting populated with the OID from VersionOne (Defect:90828).
We want to make visible to our users in Saleforce the value of D-02951 (instead of the Defect:90828 value) as this is more meaningful to our community and searchable directly in VersionOne.
