OS, webserver, PHP: Linux 365132.cloudwaysapps.com 4.9.0-11-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.189-3+deb9u2 (2019-11-11) x86_64, PHP 7.3.14-1+0~20200123.51+debian9~1.gbpcf42df
Git version: 2.11.0

The tracking was working well but suddenly it stopped. This has happened on my previous installations as well.

Could this be a plugin/theme conflict?

Facing same issue.
