Multisite support #2

Current plugin version doesn't work on a Wordpress multisite network environment, however I've made some changes to the source code to make it functional and would like to integrate them into the project if possible, so others can benefit and future updates don't overwrite my changes :)

Thanks for your help! The easiest thing would be to make a pull request and send it over. That way I can have a look at it and merge it into a branch for testing. Alternatively you can paste your code in this thread and tell me where to put it.

Hello, just went digging through my emails and I sent Jay something a couple of years back, but I never forked this myself and didn't finish off or follow anything up either. So thanks for the nudge, here's what I've got.

I've only used it on one multi-site network, it's not had any wider trials. However, I've had no issues with it in the last couple of years, so worth a try at least? Check out line 244 in this file: https://github.com/DuncanTyrell/Child-Theme-Wizard/blob/multisite/child-theme-wizard.php

Let me know how you get on with it. I've created a pull request so @versluis can integrate it if approved.
