new release #40

hi, there's been quite a bit of commits but no release since last december, it would be quite useful to have one cheers tomas

Yes you are right. There are only 2 main contributors for this module (Narigo and me) and we had a lot to do and nearly no time for vertx stuff. But we hope to have more time from now on. We completely rewrote how transactions work and are looking forward to make a release with all this cool new stuff (hopefully) next week.

A little update on this: master is now updated, uses SBT and the newest lang-scala release (1.1.0-M1). The newest 0.3.0-SNAPSHOT should also have the new transaction feature available now.

Since there were quite some changes and Jenkins reported a few failures, I'd like to see whether these were just too short timeouts or if there are deeper problems. Couldn't see any problems locally on my dev machines, yet. Hopefully we'll see that soon and release 0.3.0 ASAP.

0.3.0 release was uploaded to Sonatype and should be available in Maven Central very soon.
