Upgrade Kotlin version to 1.4.10 #179

Motivation:

I have created this pull request to close issue #178 which I have created. The issue is about upgrading the Kotlin version to 1.4.0 but Kotlin has upgraded the version to 1.4.10 so I've upgraded to the latest stable build.

No problem glad to help. I was trying to find an opening to contribute to vertx anyway. I'll also filter on the suggested tags for some quick wins in the future.
