MySQL 8.0 support #129

Is MySQL 8.0 version supported?

This client is based on postgresql-async, which wasn't updated since March 2017. So, I guess it's unlikely, that last major release is already supported, at least completely.

If the version isn't supported now, are the any plans to support it?
