Upgrade log4j and slf4j dependencies #130

Motivation:

This commit upgrades the log4j and slf4j dependencies to those of vertx-core. The following vulnerabilities are resolved with this commit.

pkg:maven/log4j/log4j@1.2.17

@tsegismont I was also wondering, will there ever be a Red Hat GA Version built of vertx-zookeeper? I try to stick to the Red Hat GA version of vertx. I've been using vertx-zookeeper in my projects for years and it's very useful for clustering pods and scaling pods on OpenShift for clustered requests and clustered worker task events.
