[WIP] Move to python3 #31

Highly untested, most stuff will break, right now starts okay on testnet3. But doesn't seem to hear back from the node, which is weird. I've looked at this for a while and couldn't find anything there, so would appreciate any input in this regard. This includes the PR on bech32 addresses too.
