Updated the pointer for the Lyra2Re Hash submodule #36

This should now have the V3 hash algo module pointed to rather than the old V2.

This is #35 related. Seemed like an easy fix and it has so far worked for me. Obviously interested in if there was a reason for this not to have been updated?
