Remove the 'home' menu item from the navigation bar. #65

The 'home' menu item seems redundant and we can leave it out, because the Vertcoin logo - which already takes the user to the home page - is always visible in the header and footer.

One advantage of removing the 'home' menu item is that we clean up the header and footer.
