Wrong about text on the team page. #73

There is an issue with ccbc86a that closes #67. ccbc86a places the Vertcoin Community at the top spot, but the text in i18n/en.toml has not been addressed accordingly.

When I created issue #67, I did also create an accompanying pull request (#68) that does not have this issue.

In addition, pull request #68 has an extra commit 0264e29 that adds the social media icons to the Vertcoin Community's about text.
