Replaces "centralised" with "centralized". #74

This pull request resolves #71 by replacing all occurrences of centralised with centralized.

My sincere apologies to The Briton inside @metalicjames! It's all about the big picture! :sweat_smile:

Unsure. Wikipedia uses "Commonwealth English" as the default language.

I am fine either way and happy to close this pull request. :) I did submit this pull request to keep the copy consistent with the copy from pull request #57 (which closes #52 a similar ticket to #71).
