QueryProfile Update #1196

What is the requested change?

[ ] When importing a queryprof, error out if the key and target_schema already exist. Do not overwrite/append. Currently it appends.
[ ] For anything with integer e..g produced rows should not be decimal.
[ ] Add commas for larger numbers for ease of readability.
