[FEATURE] Switch to using new Projects boards #520
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we're using the old Projects Kanban boards for our sprints. This is because we started on those before the new Projects boards were released. It would be good to move away from the old boards, since they will likely be deprecated at some point.

Migrate to the new Projects boards and update the GitHub Actions pipelines accordingly.
