The docs page (https://vertx-web-site.github.io/docs/) is not showing any reference to: https://vertx-web-site.github.io/docs/vertx-jdbc-client/java/
Checking the 4.0.0 Deprecation and Breaking changes wiki page (https://github.com/vert-x3/wiki/wiki/4.0.0-Deprecations-and-breaking-changes), the vertx-jdbc-client does not seem to be deprecated.
The solution (if issue is valid) is probably updating the file vertx-web-site/docs/metadata/4.0.0.jsx disabling the line: 'remove(docs, "vertx-jdbc-client")'
