Callback issues

Some users are experiencing (random) failures of the callbacks. They suddenly don't send anymore. Working theories are:

• [ ] client dhcp address changed, thus resulting in at least one outdated callback
• [ ] callbacks with same address can be created (confirmed, but no idea how)
