[hotfix] Update mergify config for 2.5 #62

@autophagy does Mergify still use the master branch for the config, even if the default branch is (currently) release-2.4?

@austince According to the docs:

File Used Mergify uses the configuration file that is:

  • The file named .mergify.yml, or, as a fallback, .mergify/config.yml or .github/mergify.yml from the root directory.
  • In the default repository branch configured on GitHub — usually main.

So actually this should target release-2.4. I'm... not sure why this is the default branch.
