I have not done these things yet. The GH action that is there does work ok, but I think there's a better way of doing it that will just build the site (without copying it to the gh-pages part) whenever a PR is opened, which would help me check if anything's going to break (actually I just broke something because I didn't have this so I should probably keep this issue open for now). I'd like to fix this before we publish the paper.

Also, we have to update the next meeting link in the html manually for now, but I think that might be a won't-fix.
