Remove develop branch from GitHub integrations #67

Description

I've noticed a couple of the GitHub integrations still refer to the develop branch. This commit changes them to main.

Question

Is this what we intend for .github/workflows/build-site.yml and .github/workflows/deploy-site.yml?

At the moment it:

builds for pushes to develop, or pull requests to main or develop (to check for errors)
deploys for pushes to main (to actually update GH Pages)

This PR will change that to:

builds for pushes to main, or pull requests to main (to check for errors)
deploys for pushes to main (to actually update GH Pages)

However, I'm wondering if that should instead just be:

builds for pull requests to main (to check for errors)
deploys for pushes to main (to actually update GH Pages)
