Update contribution instructions for the our handbook template

Update the "contributing to our project" section of the handbook:

[x] remove reference to "our handbook project" to avoid confusion. Rename as "Our handbook template".
[x] remove any reference to the elife sprint.
[x] make sure all links work.
[x] make sure the instructions are still correct.
[x] Remove admonition for E-life
[x] Add admonition to explain difference to user guide
