Handle multiple composers on a track the same way we do multiple artists #209

I was browsing the composers page to double check composer names for a track submission with multiple composers and noticed we have lots of duplicate composer entries in this case.

As an example, ArmySlick ArmySlick/Emyli ArmySlick/Giz'Mo

As an elf, I would prefer the Composer tag to work the same way the Artist tag works, separating multiple composers by commas, which are then split in the same way, making all tracks that feature a certain composer easier to find.

this is very much already a thing; it was added in 807ffa969688a193b7085b3ad90852ab61761514 and various composer-specific rules were added shortly after that

the use of / as a composer delimiter is deliberately not supported and its use will, as i understand it, be removed in a future library update
