Twitter API: When posting a now playing tweet, if posting fails, show text to copy and paste manually and an intent URL for posting #241

Currently, when tweeting fails as part of marking a track as played, there's just a 500 error. I do want to continue tweeting out the now playing messages, but if/when this fails, having a fallback to a textbox I can copy and paste into Twitter manually would be helpful, and it's better than a 500 error.
