Why?

We need inline photo uploading via the CMS.

How?

• created a test app for running project specs w/i the project
• created a rails engine for this project (+1 to @Mrjaco12 )
• updated the atomic_cms.js to 1) not be coffeescript and 2) to handle :file fields by posting to '/atomic_cms/media'
• created media and image models, along with database migrations
• created a class to infer media type before creating an instance (media scrubber)
• added a rad cat pic for testing
• created routes for posting the media
• created a controller ( and specs ) to process the media

  Side Effects

• new requirements in the gemspec, we now do some limited image processing
• apps now have an additional route

I does limit us from supporting older versions of IE but that's not really our target audience right now.
