essentially a development style guide

lots of local notes on this, but things to think about in the interim (until I get them organized and coherent):

There should be types of components based on the underlying function of the component (i.e. form, media player, hero image w/ CTA).
Model out the style guide for a component as a JSON object - if one of the goals is to represent components as JSON objects (which would be valuable).
