We need to add the mandrill gem for sending email with devise or devise_token_auth. This will need to be added to the API template as well.

Do we want to use mandrill? A lot of people have been using mail gun lately.

I don't care. From my experience Mandrill is EZ to setup for basic stuff and we're already paying for it.
